What customization options do you offer?
We offer custom fabric, embroidery, and sewn on patches.
For custom fabric, email Maren at info@choucashats.com.
For embroidery, The logo or name can only contain 1-2 colors. If you are wanting more than two colors, we can do a sewn on patch.
What are your fabric options?
We have various fabric options in-stock that we can customize with embroidery or patches.
This includes our MONA (Peacock) colorways, seasonal prints, and Polartec® fabrics.
We can also purchase fabric that does not require the extent of custom fabric.

How does proofing work?
We will email over digital mock-ups of what the final product(s) will look like prior to production.
We require a typed approval before production.
Placement and size of logo varies on products for embroidery.
How much does it cost?
Pricing varies. Please fill out the CUSTOM ORDER FORM (below), and then we can build your quote.
Custom products are sold at our wholesale base price.
Embroidery and patches are add-ons. Custom fabric includes a design fee.
What is the timeline for a custom products?
We estimate 6-8 weeks. This can vary due to time of year. During the project, we do our best to keep you in the loop. If there is a need for a longer timeline, we will let you know as soon as possible.
